The researches focus on climate change, geoarchaeology, costal and fluvial geomorphology are designed to enhance palaeoenvironmental reconstructions and human-environment interaction over time. Particular emphasis was placed on the natural and anthropogenic climate changes with their societal effects in the Holocene. Recently, focussing the attention on alluvial and coastal plains management, my researches, based on AI, allowed the development of flood early-warning systems and water resource protection systems.
