I am Guglielmo Arzilli, a specialist in Public Health and PhD student in AI for Society at the University of Pisa. Throughout my career, I have combined public health skills to address urgent health challenges such as antimicrobial resistance and healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). During my specialization, I led infection control initiatives and helped conduct research projects on AMR surveillance. My PhD focuses on the application of artificial intelligence to public health, in particular to improve surveillance systems. This path reflects my commitment to improving patient safety through research and technology. I now aim to lead initiatives that combine evidence-based strategies and innovative solutions to promote infection control and AMR.
